Follow That Case was a podcast and YouTube channel about interesting civil litigation cases.
I started the Follow That Case podcast after I got caught up in the Johnny Depp v. Amber Heard trial furor.
I spent over a decade as a litigation attorney but moved into an in-house counsel role. I missed (in some ways) the strategy that comes with litigation. Plus, I’ve always felt that I’ve been able to view complicated cases somewhat dispassionately.
The philosophy behind Follow That Case was that I would provide civil discourse exploring the arguments, strategies, and positions without polarization.
I discontinued the podcast for a variety of reasons, but mostly that I couldn’t keep up with the news cycles.
Another issue is that it’s impossible to predict what kind of legs a case may have.
